Key responsibilities for this Multifamily Superintendent role:
- Manage daily site operations to ensure timely progress.
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades to meet schedules.
- Ensure site safety and quality standards are upheld.
- Report project updates and issues to the Project Manager.
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans and codes.
- Track materials and control project costs.
- Address on-site challenges to keep the project on schedule.
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and regulations.
Experience required for this Multifamily Superintendent role:
- Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of site development, steel framing, and building systems.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
Package Offered:
- $140,000 - $160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Performance-based bonuses tied to project completion and milestones.
