Project Manager (Construction)
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 plus car allowance, pension, healthcare, holiday

The Opportunity
My client is a forward thinking and innovative company with an excellent reputation across the industry. They operate across a range of sectors that include commercial, education, healthcare, student accommodation, hotels, and leisure, with projects ranging in value from £10m - £100m.
They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their Midlands region.
The successful Project Manager will be responsible for overall delivery of the project within agreed time constraints and budget. This will include resourcing, management and leadership of the site team, and complying with health, safety and environmental legislation.
Key Requirements:
- Main contractor background working for tier 1 or 2 contractors.
- A track record in delivering building projects at a value of £20m+.
- Exposure to working with public and private sector clients.
- Pre and post contract project management.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.
