Project Manager

Location: Cambridge based

Engagement: Freelance - outside IR35

Rate: £375 per day

My client is currently looking for a Project Manager to join their team on site in Cambridge.

They are looking for someone experienced within Student accommodation working from the Piling Stages until completion.

The client wins work across the UK delivering residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Experience required for this Project Manager role:

Minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar position on accommodation projects

Student accommodation background preferred
