We have a current opportunity for a Project Manager on a contract basis. The position will be based out of Network Rail Offices, George Stephenson House in York, for a Tier 1 client of mine.
The client is looking for an experienced Rail Project Manager with a Building/Civils/Infrastructure background, within Rail, so work on a New Building facility for NR Maintanence.
Its ESSENTIAL the successful Project Manager has the below -
1. Rail and Rail Civils background
2. Worked on and managed similar projects within Rail and Buildings
3. 7+ years excperience as a PM
4. Network Rail experience
This will be a hybrid workimg role, between NR GSH office, home and occasioanl site visits. Please be mindful this is a key point, so we are ideally looking for candidtes who are York based, or local enough to travel to York at ease.
This is a long term freelance positin, so wll go down for an inital 6/12 months contrat, with the view for extension.
ASAP start - Inerviews to be held 25/06 onwards via teams
RATE TBC - Circa £400/£450 plus DOE - Qdos will be needed to dertermine IR35
