This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manger to join a nationwide general contractor who specialises in large scale complex projects including federal, municipal and commercial construction.
Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join them on an airport project with primary focus on groundwork, civil and underground utilities in Houston.

Key responsibilities for this Project Manager role:
- Work closely and effectively with internal project staff - Superintendents, Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Cost Accountants, Contract Administrators - to attain project goals
- Utilize construction management software to create and manage the project - budgets, budget revisions, change orders, owner pay applications, subcontractor invoices, etc.
- Monitor cost and perform projections with monthly financial reports (EOM's)
Create / manage subcontractor commitments, change orders, schedule, submittal / shop drawing process.
Experience required for this Project Manager role:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Airport/Aviation experience
- Groundworks and underground utilities experience is a must have
- Experience working on largescale complex construction projects
Package offered for this Project Manager role:
- $120,000 - 140,000
