Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget, scope, and schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves collaboration with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and meeting healthcare-specific construction requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare construction projects. Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and ensure all projects are completed on time and within scope.
-Manage project teams including on-site superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors. Provide guidance and direction to ensure goals are met.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met. Manage regular updates, meetings, and project reports.
-Track project costs, control expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met. Oversee project change orders, invoicing, and financial reporting.
-Ensure that all healthcare construction projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and healthcare-specific standards such as Joint Commission requirements or infection control protocols.
-Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address any project challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
-Oversee the quality of construction, ensuring that all materials and workmanship meet or exceed project specifications and industry standards.
-Maintain detailed project records, including permits, contracts, RFIs, and project updates. Provide regular progress reports to leadership and clients.
-Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
-Strong knowledge of healthcare construction regulations, including infection control, life safety, and Joint Commission standards.
-Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from planning through completion.
-Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
-Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, etc.).
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation:
-130,000-150,000 (salary is based on experience)
