Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee affordable housing projects in California. This role involves managing all aspects of construction, from pre-construction planning through project completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage affordable housing construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including affordable housing guidelines.
- Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and vendor management.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met on-site.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects, preferably in affordable housing.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction management software.
