As a Project Manager, you will be to oversee and deliver key telecommunications projects, managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities for a Project Manager:
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of telecoms projects (e.g., network rollouts, infrastructure upgrades)
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while managing and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Communicate progress, updates, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Key Requirements for a Project Manager:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the telecommunications sector.
- Strong knowledge of telecoms technologies, infrastructure, and network systems. (FTTH)
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Experience with stakeholder management.
- Relevant certifications desirable (PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma etc)
