Project Manager – Civil & Infrastructure Planning
Fully Remote | Salary €70k+ | Leadership Role

Join one of Europe’s most innovative construction companies and take the lead on impactful infrastructure projects across Germany. We're looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering to oversee and drive planning processes from concept to construction.

As a Project Manager, you’ll take charge of planning management in service phases LPH 3–6, focusing on roadworks, railway stations, civil engineering (Tiefbau), and specialist deep construction (Spezialtiefbau). You will act as a key point of contact between engineers, planners, and site personnel—ensuring trust, alignment, and clear communication across all stages of the project lifecycle.

This role combines technical leadership with strategic communication, offering a high level of autonomy and flexibility.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning process for infrastructure projects in LPH 3–6.
  • Guide and moderate meetings with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Solve planning and coordination challenges proactively and collaboratively.
  • Work closely with on-site teams and subcontractors—earning their trust through competence and clear communication.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary efforts across civil, structural, and electrical disciplines.
  • Travel to project sites approximately 4–5 times per month

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of German planning laws and HOAI service phases.
  • Proven leadership experience in complex civil or infrastructure environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills.
  • Business fluent German (C1) is a must.
  • Confident communicator who can earn trust and foster collaboration.
