Project Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor working on a number of large scale surfacing contracts.
The company is an award-winning main contractor who are market leaders in the surfacing industry. Your role as Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of their ongoing and future surfacing projects.

Key responsibilities for this Project Quantity Surveyor role:
- The financial management and performance of all allocated complex and significant (greater than £1m value) contracts.
- Measurement
- Change management
- Formal contractual notifications
- Negotiation of acceptable/favourable Contract terms
- Claim management/mitigation
- Responsibility to ensure that revenue is promptly applied for and collected in line with the terms of the contract
- Expected to operate with a degree of autonomy and maturity
- To assist in the preparation of quotations and timely application of price increases
Experience required for this Project Quantity Surveyor role:
- 5+ Years Experience
- Strong experience in Highways/Surfacing Projects
- Relevant Degree
Package offered for this Project Quantity Surveyor role:
- £300-£350 per day depending on experience
- Outside IR35
