Quantity Surveyor - West London - Civil Engineering - Freelance Outside IR35
Location : Wet London, 3 sites across West London
Engagement : outside IR35
Rate : £300 - £375 per day (dependant on experience)
This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a subcontractor who specialises in groundworks, remediation, drainage and highways and reinforced concrete projects.
Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on 3 projects dealing with Civil Engineering, Retaining Walls, Drainage, Surfacing and Groundworks
Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
Reporting into the commercial manager
Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with commercial duties
CVRs, BoQs, pricing and sub-contract management
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
CSCS Card and in date
Civil Engineering experience
NEC form of contract knowledge specifically options A&B
Groundworks, structures and drainage experience
