Rate : £375 - £400 per day
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well known Sub-Contracting business in the West Midlands working on Civil Engineering projects
Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a Civil Engineering and Groundworks projects in the Warwickshire and West Midlands area.
Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
Reporting into the Commercial Manager
CVRs, pricing of projects, Early Warning notices, measurement projects
Working with the pre-construction and site teams
General QS duties
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
Worked as a Quantity Surveyor previously
Experience working on NEC form of contract
Experience working on Civil Engineering, Groundworks and Foundations, Retaining Walls
Worked for Sub-Contractors previously
