Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Location : London - EN9
Rate: £350 - £400 per day - Outside IR35
Duration: 6-month ongoing Freelance Contract
Payment: Ltd Company
Experience: F loor Screeding, plastering, partitions, drylining, suspended ceilings, external facades, SFS framing and External Rendering
My client is a successful contractor who holds an excellent reputation in the industry.
One of the sectors they specialise in, is in within F loor Screeding, plastering, partitions, drylining, suspended ceilings, external facades, SFS framing and External Rendering
Due to the continuing growth of the Business, they are now looking to take on an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a project due to start in London
The successful Freelance Quantity Surveyor will assist them in their core market.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Reporting to Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Managing own diary
- Understand, prepare and present monthly cost/value reports.
- Preparation and management of sub-contracts.
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements
Key Experience for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
- 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with F loor Screeding, plastering, partitions, drylining, suspended ceilings, external facades, SFS framing and External Rendering
- Relevance degree or qualification in the field
