Position: Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor

The Opportunity
We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to look after a prestigious project within the heart of Birmingham. This is a £36million rail maintenance depot project working for an established contractor that can offer multiple projects moving forward with a continuity of work around the West Midlands.

The Key Requirements:
- Main contracting background.
- To have a background within civils infrastructure (Rail preference)
- To have knowledge of NEC Contracts
- Live within an hour commute of Birmingham
- Qualified to a high standard (Degree or HND) in a relevant subject.
