Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Location : Midlands
Rate: £300 - £350 per day - Outside IR35/negotiable
Duration: Long term Freelance Contract

Required Experience: Drylining / suspended ceilings
My client is a reputable fit-out contractor, who specialises in suspended ceilings, and later diversified to offer partial or full interior fit-out packages to meet clients' needs. They specialise in a range of area such as: Suspended Ceilings, Drylining and Partitions, Structural Framing Systems (SFS), Acoustic Wall Panels, Rafts and Baffles, Specialist Acoustic Spray Systems, Internal Doors and Joinery, Glazed Partition Systems and Other Complementary Fit-Out Trades.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Scheduling of rates, and applications of payment, and revenue / reports
- Managing own diary
- Understand, prepare and present monthly cost/value reports.
- Preparation and management of sub-contracts.
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements
Key Experience for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
- 2+ years' experience, ideally with experience within a similar role
- Relevance degree or qualification in the field.
- Estimating experience - not essential
