Position: Quantity Surveyor

The Opportunity
Currently on the lookout for an Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for a few groundwork residential projects based in and around the Oxford area. The contractor you will be working for are well known for project winning which offers you a good continuity of works to tackle so there will be lots to go at and progress with when current projects are finished.

The Key Requirements:
- Minimum to have been in an Assistant QS role for 2 years.
- To have an understanding of groundworks for residential type projects.
- To have a passion to run their own projects.
- To be flexible with working on site/office based.
Salary & Package:
- £36,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
- Company Car or Allowance
