Freelance Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate or Senior)
Location: Leicester
Engagement: Freelance
Rate: £350 - £400 per day (dependent on experience)
Payment Method: LTD or CIS
Start Date: January 2025
Duration: 18 Months
Our client, who is a very successful civils contractor has an excellent opportunity for an intermediate level or senior quantity surveyor to join the business on a freelance basis.
The project you will be overseeing is in Leicester and will cover both highways and structures.
You need to have a good experience within NEC and managing subcontractors.
The successful candidate will have a good civil engineering background, ideally with exposure to highways and structures with proven level of experience of being commercially savvy and proactive. Good knowledge of NEC is essential.
Experience required for this role:
- Experience within civil engineering, highways and structures
- 3 years experience within this position
- Strong capability within NEC form of contracts
- Experience working for civil engineering/infrastructure companies
