Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Wakefield & Stockton-On-Tees

The Opportunity
I am currently in the hunt for a Quantity Surveyor based in either the North East or Yorkshire regions. You will be managing a number of new telecoms/utilities projects within the business which will offer a strong continuity of works moving forward. You will be doing the full quantity surveying process and also helping the business in a period of work winning to add to this portfolio.

The Key Requirements:
- Main contracting or Sub contractor background.
- Civils experience needed, utilities/telecoms preference
- To have strong knowledge of NEC Contracts
- To have a proven record in establishing good client relationships
- Qualified to a high standard (Degree or HND) in a relevant subject (Quantity Surveying and Building Services)
