Freelance Quantity Surveyor/Senior
Location : Near Nantwich with developments in Staffordshire, Shropshire, Cheshire & Herefordshire.
Rate: Outside IR35, rate negotiable depending upon experience
Duration: 6+ Months
My client is looking for someone with strong experience working on bespoke homes built for luxury living on stunning developments. They are looking for either a QS or SQS to start asap and is open to hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor/Senior Role:
- Sub-contractor procurement and final accounts
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
Key Experience for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor/Senior Role:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally have experience working on bespoke homes built for luxury living on stunning developments
- The client is looking for someone who is a hard worker and happy to be site based
