Location: South Birmingham
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package
Office-Based with Weekly Site Visits
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step, or a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge? Our client, a well-established company based in South Birmingham, is seeking a QS to join their team.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in pre-construction and procurement contracts
- Background in Design & Build - ideal!
- Industrial sector experience? Even better!
This is an office-based role with weekly site visits, offering the opportunity to work on exciting projects while growing within a forward-thinking team.
