Seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading developer with a South Dublin-based office. This role offers the opportunity to oversee large-scale commercial projects across Ireland, the UK, and the US, with the added benefit of bi-annual paid trips to the United States to support project involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee approximately €100m of construction works annually across Ireland, the UK, and the USA.
- Procurement, planning, subcontractor negotiations, and cost analysis.
- Prepare tender documentation and manage contractor/supplier selection.
- Analyze tender returns, specifications, and alternative options.
- Prepare recommendations and issue contract documentation.
- Manage project costs, cash flows, and cost reports.
- Act as Project Surveyor on various projects.
- Negotiate budgets and agree on final accounts with stakeholders.
- Prepare tender pre-qualification documents.
- Monitor packages on-site, including remeasures and interim/final accounts.
- Prepare and agree on variations, monitor project costs, and report to the Cost Lead.
- Engage with landowners, planning authorities, and other stakeholders for site acquisition.
- Coordinate the planning process and manage site risks.
- Oversee design and construction quality standards.
- Manage development programs, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Ensure compliance with statutory health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with Operations and Design teams to maximize project value while maintaining quality.
Achievements and Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- Previous experience working on high value projects.
