Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join my client and work on Local Authority High Speed Network Schemes.
The company is a leading supplier of materials in the highways sector. Your role as Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the commerical aspects of various asphalt and paving contracts.
Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Compile CVRs
- Change Value Management
- Monitor/Manage Sub-contracts
- Calculate material costs
- Liase with Commercial Manager
Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Highways schemes (Asphalt/Surfacing/Paving/High Speed Networks)
- NEC (Option B+C preffered but not essential)
- Quantity Surveying
- Independent working
- Requirement 5
Other requirements for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card preffered
Package offered for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- £380-£400 per day Outside IR35
- Mileage paid for site visits
