The client is a construction company providing construction expertise in the retail, commercial, and residential sectors. Your role as Quantity Surveyor will be working with a team on the refurbishment of a historic building in the heart of Bristol

Experience required for this role:
Experience in building refurbishments, historic buildings is desirable
Involvement in the construction of student accommodation is ideal
Fit out, facade, and structural improvements
