This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor and work on an exciting development close to Reading, Berkshire.
This company is an award-winning main contractor who are market leaders in the interior fit-out and construction services. Your role as Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost forecasting and reporting, estimating, and cost risk management.

Experience required for this role:
- Experience in dealing with interior fit out, construction, or civil engineering
- Extensive experience with construction contracts, NEC desirable
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil/construction sector
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
- Security Clearance (SC) - UKSV (Vetting Service) – Previous security clearance would be advantageous.
