Quantity Surveyor
We are interested in speaking with Quantity Surveyors within the Telecoms Industry who will use their skills and experience to support the delivery of upcoming Mobile Telecommunication Projects working with Mobile Network Operators.
Key responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor role:
- Creating and Implementing Initial & Final Accounts approval
- Experienced in Tendering and Bidding Process
- Liaising with Clients and various Stakeholders throughout the Project
- Supplier / Subcontractor rate optimization
- Experienced in producing Cost Variation Reports and overseeing the Design against scope of work
- Meet Project Deliverables on time with an emphasis on Quality
Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor role:
- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within Mobile Telecoms
- NEC3 / NEC4 contract knowledge
- Some experience in Team Management
- Good understanding of Schedule of Rates (SOR)
- Strong understanding of Cost and Commercial aspects of Mobile Telecoms projects
- Experience working with Mobile Network Operators
Package offered for Quantity Surveyor role:
- £50-65K (Dependant on experience)
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office
- Double pension scheme (3% doubled to 6% by employer)
