Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Reidential Housebuild
Location: Hampshire/South East (Local and Regional Sites)
Salary: Up to £50,000 (Negotiable) + £5,000 Car Allowance, Bonus and further Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Quantity Surveying on multiple projects.
- Oversee budget creation, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Liaise with project managers and site teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and cost accuracy.
- Support the development of junior team members and assist with procurement.
Requirements:
- HNC minimum requirement
- Strong experience in Quantity Surveying systems preferred over formal qualifications.
- Proven track record in residential construction or housing development.
- Proactive approach with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
