- Someone currently operating as a Quantity Surveyor with circa 4+ years' experience
- Mentoring a Junior Surveyor
- Residential experience would be essential for this role
- COINS experience
Salary for the Quantity Surveyor is paying between £55,000 - £60,000 dependent upon experience, excellent bonus, plus car allowance or company car and further additional benefits to be discussed.
