This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Enablement Consultant to join a Fibre Broadband Business to support the induction and skills development of D2D Sales Engineers throughout an acceleration period to increase sales, retention and capabilities of the business’ Sales team.

Your role as Sales Enablement Consultant will give you the opportunity review and improve the current Sales Cycle and to support and develop the Sales Capabilities of multiple Sales Engineers from raw trainee to confident, and successful Sales Engineers which will contribute to overall business performance.

Key responsibilities and Requirements for this Sales Enablement Consultant Specialist role:

  • Design, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive onboarding program tailored to new sales hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Deliver customized training sessions focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company-specific sales methodologies.
  • Facilitate role-playing, shadowing, and other hands-on activities to reinforce learning and boost confidence in new hires.
  • Ensure that training content is engaging, up-to-date, and tailored to the varying experience levels of new hires.
  • Develop and distribute new hire playbooks that outline key processes, best practices, and essential tools for early success.
  • Ensure that all onboarding resources are regularly updated to reflect changes in products, processes, and market conditions.
  • Work closely with sales managers, HR, and other departments to align onboarding efforts with broader company objectives and culture.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure that new hires receive the most current and relevant product and market information.
  • Act as a bridge between new hires and the wider sales team, facilitating introductions and integration into the company culture.
  • Provide in-depth training on CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and other tools essential for new hire productivity.
  • Ensure that new hires are proficient in using all sales technologies by the end of the onboarding process.
  • Offer ongoing support and resources for new hires as they adapt to the tools and technologies.

Package offered for this Sales Enablement Consultant role:

  • 3 - month initial contract - likley to extend
  • Day rate highly dependant on Skills, Portfolio and Experience
  • Site Based role across the UK
  • Immediate interviews and starting
