This opportunity has materialised through organic growth and their focus on securing repeat business with tried and tested clients. Subsequently this leaves them with an incredible pipeline of negotiated work providing long term stability and incredible prospects.
As the Senior Design Manager you will oversee a range of projects, taking each scheme through the pre-construction stages and onto site. Initial work is a £50m PBSA project followed by a pipeline of other work over the next 12 months in the South West.
Key Requirements
The ideal Senior Design Manager should have the following;
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Design Manager with a leading main contractor
Worked on a range of projects in a variety of sectors.
You will be an outgoing, personable individual with exceptional communication skills
Degree Educated
Full UK driving License.
Salary
As the successful Design Manager, you will receive the following;
£60,000 - £75,000 plus (Car or allowance + Healthcare + Pension) - depending upon experience.
