The company is a well-established Main Contractor who operate on Rail & Civil Engineering projects across the UK. Your role will be critical to successfully winning bids & securing future work within the commercial team.
The role is based in London but very flexible with hybrid working - ideal for those around the London & the home counties.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing project and bid strategies. Ultimately, your work will help my client develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategy
- Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis
- Analyse project proposals to prepare budget and cost estimate
- Gather, update, and review historical cost data
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related field of study
- Experience estimating projects in the rail or civil engineering sector
- Excellent working knowledge of NEC contracts
Package offered for this role:
- Circa £90,000 per annum
- Car Allowance/company car, holidays, pensions, health and wellbeing care etc.
