Senior or Principal Engineer (Civil / Structural)
Location: Ipswich or Norwich (Hybrid) - Remote Working Considered
Salary: Between £50,000 - £67,000 dependant on level of experience plus package.
Summary
A successful multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy is looking for a experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to join their team.
Based in their Ipswich or Norwich office with plenty of opportunity for hybrid working this role is ideal for individuals with a background in an engineering consultancy environment who are ready to take on their next challenge.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initial concept through to the construction phase.
- Perform and oversee design work related to , highways, rail and private sector projects.
- Attend client and site meetings as needed.
- Conduct surveys and site inspections.
- Assist with staff training and mentor trainees and graduates.
Seeking some with:
- Experience in Heavy Civils in a relevant industry. Ie. Rail, Civils, Highways, Structures, Marine
- UK based experience
- Civil / Structural Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Chartered/Incorporated status, or actively working towards a professional qualification.
- Proficient in Civils 3D or Causeway Flow (or similar software).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow and interpret instructions clearly.
- Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams.
- Full driving license.
