Senior Planner - Construction
Location: Midlands
Company: Tier 1 contractor
Salary: Up £90,000 plus car/allowance & benefits
Due to a number of recent contract awards, this highly regarded tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join their Midlands team. The successful Senior Planner will be required to work on a mixture of tenders and live projects ranging from £20m to £80m across a range of construction sectors, including commercial, accommodation, education and leisure.
Key Requirements:
- Construction background with a minimum of 10 years Planning experience working for a main contractor.
- Proficient in Asta PowerProject software.
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject (HND/Degree).
- Driving licence is essential.
