Position: Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Oxfordshire
Engagement: Freelance
On site: 5 days a week (2 days work from home a month)
Day Rate: £450-£500
I am currently working with an M&E contractor who are working on a large lab project in Oxfordshire. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team for 12 months.
This is a great opportunity to join a successful contractor on a long term contract!
Requirements:
- Experienced within M&E
- Experienced working on schemes £20 million in value
- Able to work on site 5 days a week
- Experienced within projects such as Data Centres and Pharmaceutical labs
