Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: North of Aberdeen in St. Fergus, Scotland.
Engagement: Contract
Rate: £350 - £400 per day if outside IR35 - can be paid inside
Duration: 2+ Years
Project: Option A NEC working on an electrical upgrade
Home Working: Site based 3-4 days a week (accomodation is expenses) then after a few momths one week site/one week home and eventually fully remote depending on business need
My client is a successful contractor who holds an excellent reputation in the industry.
One of the sectors they specialise in, is electrical and power networks.
Due to the continuing growth of the Business, they are now looking to take on an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a project due to start in the North Aberdeen.
The successful Freelance Quantity Surveyor will assist them in their core market.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Sub-contractor procurement and final accounts
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
Key Experience for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally have experience working on a similar project
- Degree qualified.
