Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: West Midlands
Engagement: Outside IR35
Day Rate: £400-£500
My client are currently looking for a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the West Midlands.
They are currently tasked with numerous major civil engineering and utility projects up to £10m in value across the West Midlands area.
This is an initial 12 month contract, making this a great opportunity to secure long term work.
Experience required for this role:
- NEC experience is a must
- 5+ years experience as a Senior QS
- Worked on similar civils/ utilities projects before
- You need to be able to drive with a licence
