Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location : Southwest
Rate: Outside IR35
Duration: 6-month ongoing contract
Ideal Experience: Housing (Private or Social)
My client is looking for an experience Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor who has worked on ideally private or social housing projects.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Scheduling of rates, and applications of payment, and revenue / reports
- Managing own diary
- Understand, prepare and present monthly cost/value reports.
- Preparation and management of sub-contracts.
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements
Key Experience for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- 2+ years' experience, ideally with experience within a similar role
- Relevance degree or qualification in the field.
