Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: Up to 75,000
Location: West Midlands
Role Overview
As a key part of the team, you will ensure the financial success of projects, safeguarding the company from financial risks while adhering to commercial procedures. This role involves managing the commercial aspects of a project or multiple high-risk packages within a project.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and report to the Regional Director/Manager and Managing QS/Commercial Manager, implementing their directives.
- Submit timely and accurate data for monitoring and analysing contract performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Work closely with Contracts Managers to oversee the commercial administration of contracts, ensuring financial success and keeping senior management informed of key developments.
- Prepare and approve sub-contract drafts with the support of the regional Commercial Team.
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior staff in their professional growth.
