Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Location : Birmingham City Centre
Rate: £400 a day outside IR35
Duration: 1-month ongoing contract
Ideal Experience: 278 Groundworks
I am working with a traditional construction consultancy offering services to include cost modelling and main contract procurement.
They are on the lookout for a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor, who has also done a great deal of Estimating, for a 278 Groundworks project.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Corresponding with external stakeholders to document all activities
- Over 4 years industry experience
- Comfortable managing your own projects
- Ideally worked on refurbishment projects (not essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence
