Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements
- Someone currently operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with circa 10+ years' experience
- Residential experience would be essential for this role
- Strong trade contractor procurement experience and management of construction contracts
- Managing and mentoring Junior Surveyors
Salary: up to £75,000 dependent upon experience, bonus, plus car allowance and further additional benefits to be discussed.
The ideal candidate will be located within a 1-hour commute of Birmingham.
