Job Title:
Senior Quantity Surveyor
The company is a well-established Rail Contractor who are involved in major infrastructure projects across the UK.
They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. My client would also be interested in experienced Quantity Surveyors, looking to take a step up.
The role would be split, with site visits to Bristol & London area (fully expensed) with a lot of flexibility for home working.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Provide assistance, support and guidance on all commercial issues across the project sites
- Prepare a monthly internal CVR to satisfy the requirements of the Senior Commercial Manager
- Prepare valuations/applications for payment on a monthly basis in line with the companies requirements
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with experience of the rail industry.
- Experience of working with NEC/NR contracts.
- Relevant degree or qualification in the field.
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Up to 70,000 per annum
- Car allowance/company vehicle
