Job Title:
Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
- I am working with a well-established rail contractor, who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
- The company operates on telecoms projects across the UK, on behalf of the likes of London Underground, Network Rail & HS2.
- The role would be based from their office near Kings Cross.
- My client would also be interested in hearing from Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Ensure monthly, interim and final valuations
- Preparation and management of sub-contracts.
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- 4+ years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with experience of rail/M&E/telecoms
- Have good interpersonal communication (verbal, written and listening) skills
- Relevant degree or qualification in the field.
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Up to £80,000 per annum
- Competitive benefits package available.
