Senior Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading civil engineering specialist contractor and work on some exciting civil engineering projects across the Yorkshire area of England, to be based in the York Office and on site working on highways projects.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
• Price and submission of quotations for works on maintenance contracts
• Manage subcontract supply chain, issuing orders assessing Subcontract AFPs and the processing of payments
• Liaise with operational staff including clients and subcontractors
• Assessment and submission of quotations / compensation events
• Ensure scheme costs are correct on cost system (Nav13) and raise and queries where necessary
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
• Surveying Degree or equivalent qualification / experience
• Experience of NEC3/4
• Experience of working as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractor
• Demonstrable record of supporting the commercial team managing complex, high value contracts
Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
• Up to £60,000 negotiable based on experience
