Senior Site Manager
Location: Manchester / Northwest
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance, bonus, health

The Opportunity:
My client is an award-winning contractor who are seeking a Senior Site Manager to join their Northwest region, the ideal candidate will be well placed to travel to their office in the heart of the city and sites in the Northwest region.
They are a highly successful, cash rich company and have a strong reputation as a great employer that work on a range of commercial projects valued from £10 million to £80 million.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing clear leadership and direction to the construction team.
- Generally, be engaged on medium to large scale projects to ensure levels of supervision are sufficient to meet the project challenge.
- The successful candidate will have a strong emphasis on Health and Safety.
- Oversee all areas of the project however at times focus will be required on key sites or packages that are not meeting the project objectives or where improvement is needed.
Requirements:
- CSCS: Valid CSCS BLACK card required
- Qualifications: SMSTS and first aid at work required
- Relevant Experience: minimum 5 years as a Site / Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager
- CIOB (ideally)
- HNC level qualification
- Main Contractor background - Essential
