The Senior Site Supervisor supervises the work on the construction site and coordinates the subcontractors on site. It checks structural integrity, compliance, safety and quality of work. His tasks include checking construction plans, checking fire protection systems, surveying the soil and documenting using photos and inspection protocols. In addition, he carries out regular inspections and reports findings and defects to the construction management and the customer.
Responsibilities
- Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors on the construction site
- Ensuring the Alignment of Construction Activities with Construction Planning
- Documentation of construction progress
- Compliance with legal requirements (VOB) and quality assurance
- Contact person on site for the project participants, in particular for the construction supervision of the customer
- Verification of subcontractors' measurements
Technical skills, qualifications and work experience
- Degree in civil engineering (FH/TH/TU) or comparable technical training or several years of practical professional experience
- Professional experience in the field of construction supervision or construction management
- Independent and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel
- Class B driving licence
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
