The Senior Technical Coordinator role:
A well established housing developer have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager with an Engineering background to join the team working on large projects typically consisting of between 100-500+ units across the Midlands..
Reporting to the Technical Director, your role will include overseeing all section agreement approvals, overseeing and coordinating up to 6 sites at different stages from planning to completion, as well as liaising with external consultants throughout each stage of the project.
The ideal candidate will have experience working directly for or alongside a developer, have good knowledge of engineering processes and have a stable track record of employment.

This role is ideal for experienced Engineers/Technical Coordinators who are looking to take the next step up, or established Senior Coordinators who are looking for a new challenge with aspirations of becoming a Technical Manager.
To be considered for the Senior Technical Coordinator position:
- Housing background preferred with Engineering knowledge
- Degree qualified in construction or similar field
- A minimum of 3 years experience as an Engineer or Technical Coordinator
