We have a current opportunity for a Signalling Project Manager on a contract basis. The position will be based put of my clients Swindon offices, and be working on a hybrid basis.
The experience needed will be a mixture between Managing Design and Delivery projects, small to large scale work, so someone who has been within Signalling for most of/all of their Railway career would be the preference.
It will be to work on various Signalling Projects in this clients CP7 workbank, which will be discussed at interview stage.
Some details on requirements for Signalling Project Manager -
To lead the safe delivery of projects to achieve the required cost, time and quality objectives within corporate guidelines.
Develop appropriate delivery and supply strategies and plans for specific projects, ensuring that Colas' principals are maintained throughout.
To undertake the day-to-day management of processes and project works in terms of development and delivery, safety, quality, environment, engineering/design compliance, commissioning, functionality and programme. This will involve the management of Contractors and implementing processes to control the delivery of the works.
This will be freelance role, Inside IR35 Umbrella, rate TBC DOE, we would discuss this on a phone call.
Start date Feb/March on wards (notice periods will be taken into consideration)
Minimum 6-12 initial contract with view to be extended long term
