We have a current opportunity for a Site Manager on a contract basis. This is for a Rail and Civils Site Manager to work at West Sutton Station on a Bridge Refurbishment.
This position is to work for a Leading and Main Contractor within Rail, who are working for Volkers on a number of CP7 Civils Frameworks.
The successful Site Manager should have 5+ years experience in a similar role, and managing similar/the same kind of projects across Rail, and have 10+ years in Rail.
MUST have's for this Site Manager role -
1. PTS
2. SMSTS
3. First Aid
4. Fully Rail/Civils background
5. Ability to work on site days and nights in South London
6. 10+ years Rail background
This Site Manager position is freelance, and will be a mixture of days and nights, predominantly nights.
This will be a long term freelance role, OUTSIDE IR35 Circa £400pd Dependent on experience.
A QDOS Assessment will also need to be done by the contractor.
Start date - Beginning of September
Length - 6-12 months initial
