Surfacing Supervisor / Manager

Job Description

As a Surfacing Supervisor or Manager, you are a self-starter with a keen eye for commercial and operational success, taking the initiative to enhance outcomes and processes independently. You take ownership of your performance, showing determination and drive, finding satisfaction in achieving results through your own motivation. Engage with various clients, teams, and internal departments. Manage people, directing, upskilling, training, and fostering growth. Recognise the value of teamwork and collaboration, providing leadership and guidance in surfacing projects.

Key Responsibilities

You will have construction management experience and have a current CSCS and SMSTS qualification. 

Driving licence is essential as the role would demand site and office-based duties.

Good people management skills are central to ensuring that team dynamics and engagement are at an optimum.

You will have strong general business knowledge and commercial awareness, be an excellent communicator with an analytical approach to work at a detailed level, under time bound constraints. Flexibility of working hours.

Ideally you will be centrally located in the Grampian and Highlands of Scotland

As our next Surfacing Supervisor / Manager, you will drive projects to success by, managing resources, deadlines, and operational requirements. Monitor progress and project delivery, anticipating and resolving issues. Lead by example within a team of dedicated individuals, ensuring the success of each project.
