Salary/Package:
£45000-£55000 (depending on experience) + Company Car/Car Allowance + Excellent bonus scheme
The Technical Coordinator role:
A premium national housebuilder that focuses on high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes in desirable locations have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join the team on private housing projects in the Oxfordshire region.
The Technical Coordinator will have excellent attention to detail, a stable track record of employment and a proven track record of coordinating multiple house building projects at a time. The successful candidate will oversee projects at all stages from planning to completion

To be considered for the Technical Coordinator position:
- House building background
- Degree qualified in construction or similar field (desirable)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Engineer, Architectural Technician or Design/Technical Coordinator
