Customer insight Analyst
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer insight Analyst to join a UK based Internet Service Provider on a contractual basis to support the Customer Experience team by extracting meaningful insights to help improve Customer Satisfaction.
Your role as Customer insight Analyst will give you the opportunity to play a critical role in driving strategic decision making by providing Data-Driven Insights that enhance Customer Satisfaction and overall business performance.
Key responsibilities for this Customer insight Analyst role:
Collect and analyse customer data from various sources, including transactional data, customer surveys, and online interactions.
Utilise analytical tools and techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data.
Gather data from different review platforms such as Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and integrate for use within the voice of customer story telling.
Drive usage and engagement of review platforms to increase sample size and participation.
Customer Segmentation based on Demographics and Behaviours to create targeted Marketing Strategies
Providing Insights to different Customer Segments to optimize Marketing Campaigns.
Reporting and Visualization, by creating and maintaining regular reports on customer Metrics, providing actionable insights to Stakeholders.
Develop Visualisations and Dashboards to effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer analytics.
Recommend and implement improvements to data collection processes and analytical methodologies.
Predictive Modelling Develop and implement predictive models to forecast customer behaviour, identify potential churn, and recommend strategies for customer retention.
Requirements for this Customer insight Analyst role:
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a customer-focused role.
Strong skills in excel and PowerPoint essential.
Trustpilot platform - including analytics module essential.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights.
Understanding of statistical methods and data modelling techniques preferred.

Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL desirable
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

3-month contract
Day rate of £150
